Returns Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.

Property in goods supplied will not pass to you until they, and all other goods supplied by us to you, have been paid in full.

  1. Invoice copy must be provided in all cases and freight pre-paid by the client. A handling charge applies to returned Goods: 0-10 days = 10%, 11-30 days = 15%. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
  2. Parts specially procured and all electrical items are not returnable for credit.
  3. Terms Nett 30 days.
  4. Prices subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Our responsibility ceases on delivery of goods to the transportation company.
