With the recent rains there has been a surge in confidence from the Agriculture sector and the outlook suggests it will be a good harvest season. 

Looking across his lush crops near Lockhart, Craig Burkinshaw thought the time was right to upgrade his old truck to a new tough workhorse. 

With the speculation of a busy harvest season, Craig acted quickly and spoke with Chris McDevitt. Together they went through all of Craig’s needs and wants –hardworking, durable, reliable and also comfortable for those long hours spent in the truck. Considering all of the options the Kenworth T659 powered by the x15 Cummins Engine was the right choice for his application.  

Not only will this truck be working hard during this harvest it will also look the part! Full stainless air cleaners, stainless guards, 7” mitre pipes and custom lighting. Just enough chrome all finished off with a big Whitlock bulbar. The massive 50’’ bunk fitted out with an ice pack will be a comfortable place to rest and relax from the hot days and nights.  

The Kenworth T659 won’t back down from any anything and will always step up to the task. It has been designed and engineered to work in the harshest Australian conditions doing the hard work that other trucks just can’t withstand.
